High-Protein Chocolate Fudge (That Taste Too Good to Be This Healthy)
These are not your average brownies. In fact, they’re not really brownies at all, they’re fudge chocolate. Thick, moist, doughy, and deeply chocolatey. The kind of dessert you bite into and think, there’s no way this is healthy. But it is.
With 14.5g of protein per serving and just 111 calories, this decadent treat is your new go-to for satisfying chocolate cravings without the sugar crash, guilt spiral, or bloated belly.
This chocolate fudge is rich and soft, not cakey or dry. Think melt-in-your-mouth, almost-cookie-dough texture that hits just right. They’re sweetened with allulose or coconut sugar (your choice!), made with pumpkin puree instead of oil, and packed with high-quality ingredients that nourish while they satisfy.

Coaching Tip:
Look at that protein-to-fat ratio below! With a 5:1 protein-to-fat ratio (14.5g protein, 3g fat per square), that’s well above the ideal 3:1 ratio I recommend for treats + snacks when your goal is fat loss and muscle preservation.
When you’re choosing a dessert, look for high protein, lower fat and sugar. That way, you can satisfy cravings and stay aligned with your fat-loss + muscle-building goals.
Make your treats work for you. This one does.
