This Policy applies to information collected via:
- christianneengland.com (the "Site")
- Our coaching platform (Practice Better)
- Email communications (ConvertKit / Kit or Practice Better)
- Scheduling and payment pages
- Advertising and analytics tools
It does not cover third-party sites we merely link to.
3. Information We Collect

No data from children under 13 -- our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors (COPPA).

6. Cookies & Tracking

7. Data Retention
- Coaching records -- kept 36 months after your last session, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer.
- Marketing lists -- until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity.
8. Security
- SSL/TLS encryption on the Site
- Practice Better and Stripe use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and routine security audits
- Role-based access -- only staff who need your information to serve you can view it
