I'm an NBC-HWC Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and certified Primal Health Coach. I help vibrant women in their 30s break free from yo-yo dieting and finally feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies, without restrictive rules, extremes, or constant confusion.

My coaching is rooted in a science-backed approach designed specifically for women. Together, we focus on mindset, nourishment, and movement to support sustainable fat loss, metabolic balance, and real strength, inside and out. This isn't about chasing a smaller body; it's about building a healthier one that supports your energy, hormones, and life.

My Story

From Control to Care

Movement has always been part of my story, from dance to sports to strength training. But after moving to New York City in my 20s, I found myself stuck in the very cycle so many women know all too well: restrictive dieting, intense workouts, and constantly striving for a "perfect" skinny look. Instead of health, I experienced burnout, irregular periods, and eventually a hypothyroid diagnosis in 2020.

That wake-up call, combined with the pause of the pandemic, changed everything.

I shifted my focus from control to care, from punishment to support, and from quick fixes to long-term health. I dove deep into understanding how the female body actually works, how metabolism adapts, and why so many women are doing "all the right things" yet still feel stuck. That path led me to become a certified Primal Health Coach and later earn my NBC-HWC credential, the gold standard in behavior-change-focused health coaching.

Today, I help women simplify their health, rebuild trust in their bodies, and create habits that feel natural, empowering, and sustainable. No extremes. No food fear. No starting over every Monday.

My mission is to help you step out of confusion and restriction and into a healthier, stronger life you genuinely enjoy, one that supports your goals, your hormones, and your lifestyle.
