This is for women who are juggling careers, families, and everything in between, who are tired of the diet roller coaster and want a smarter, simpler way to feel amazing again.
What makes your approach different from other programs?
I don't believe in crash diets, extreme workouts, or shaming people into change. My coaching is built for real ambitious women with real lives, who are done with burnout, guesswork, and starting over. This includes a daily 12-week, easy-to-digest course, as well as weekly calls with Chris personally for accountability, confidence, and rewiring your habits and beliefs. We focus on restoring your metabolism, rebuilding strength, and creating sustainable habits that actually fit your life. No more extremes. Just a personalized plan, ongoing support, and results that last.
Do I have to give up foods I love?
Not at all, but we will take a break from certain foods that are holding you back. At the start, I'll guide you through removing certain things, not to punish you, but to support your metabolism, gut, hormones, and energy. But here's the key: you're never left hungry or deprived. You'll have delicious, nourishing swaps for your favorite foods so you still enjoy every meal and feel your best. This isn't about perfection. It's about choosing better-for-you versions that support your goals.
What if my schedule is completely unpredictable?
That's exactly who this approach is designed for! We build flexibility into your plan from day one. Whether you travel for work, have demanding family schedules, or face constant changes, we create strategies that adapt with you rather than falling apart when life happens.
Is this right for me if I just want to lose weight?
Weight loss often happens as a natural result of the work we do, but my approach goes deeper. We focus on energy, confidence, and building a healthy relationship with food and movement. When you feel good in your body and have sustainable habits, the physical changes tend to follow.
Can I join if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, this program may still be beneficial depending on your individual needs and clearance from your healthcare provider. While fat loss is not the goal during pregnancy or early postpartum, the focus on nutrient-dense whole foods, gentle movement, and blood sugar balance can support your energy and overall well-being. Always consult your doctor or midwife before starting any program during this phase.
I'm vegan/vegetarian. Is this program suitable for me?
This program is not suitable for vegetarians. My approach is centered around real, whole foods, with a strong emphasis on high-quality animal protein as the foundation for sustainable fat loss, hormone balance, and metabolic health. If you're open to incorporating animal protein, we may be a great fit!
