Weight loss often happens as a natural result of the work we do, but my approach goes deeper. We focus on energy, confidence, and building a healthy relationship with food and movement. When you feel good in your body and have sustainable habits, the physical changes tend to follow.
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, this program may still be beneficial depending on your individual needs and clearance from your healthcare provider. While fat loss is not the goal during pregnancy or early postpartum, the focus on nutrient-dense whole foods, gentle movement, and blood sugar balance can support your energy and overall well-being. Always consult your doctor or midwife before starting any program during this phase.
This program is not suitable for vegetarians. My approach is centered around real, whole foods, with a strong emphasis on high-quality animal protein as the foundation for sustainable fat loss, hormone balance, and metabolic health. If you're open to incorporating animal protein, we may be a great fit!
