About Me

Hey! I'm Chris

I help vibrant women break free from yo-yo dieting and step into a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves, without restrictive diets or overwhelming confusion. Through a holistic coaching journey tailored to women’s unique needs, we focus on mindset, nourishment, and movement to create lasting fat loss, metabolic balance, and renewed strength.

Movement has always been integral to my life, from dance to sports. However, after moving to New York City in my 20s, I found myself caught in cycles of restrictive diets and intense workouts, striving for an elusive ‘perfect’ look. This approach led to health challenges, including irregular periods and a hypothyroid diagnosis in 2020. The pandemic became a pivotal moment, prompting me to reassess and transform my approach to health and wellness.

Through this transformation, I deepened my understanding of the body’s inner workings, leading me to become a certified Primal Health Coach. Now, I find immense joy in sharing this knowledge, making health simple, enjoyable, and sustainable, and helping other women discover how amazing they can truly feel.

My mission is to empower women to break free from confusion and restriction, rebuild their trust in their bodies, and create a healthier, stronger life they love, one that feels effortless, fulfilling, and truly theirs.

I believe in your potential to achieve lasting health and vitality.
