Christianne England Coaching (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides online wellness and nutrition-coaching services. We are based in McKinney, Texas, USA and can be reached at coach [at] christianneengland [dot] com.

This Policy applies to information collected via:
- christianneengland.com (the “Site”)
- Our coaching platform (Practice Better)
- Email communications (ConvertKit / Kit or Practice Better)
- Scheduling and payment pages
- Advertising and analytics tools
It does not cover third-party sites we merely link to.
3. Information We Collect

No data from children under 13 – our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors (COPPA). Federal Trade Commission

6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies plus analytics/advertising cookies. A consent banner will launch soon; until then, you can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. (Required under CPRA §1798.135 & upcoming Texas TDPSA).
7. Data Retention
- Coaching records – kept 36 months after your last session, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer.
- Marketing lists – until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity.
You may request earlier deletion (see Section 9).
8. Security
- SSL/TLS encryption on the Site
- Practice Better and Stripe use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and routine security audits
- Role-based access—only staff who need your information to serve you can view it

10. International Transfers
We host data in the United States. If you are outside the US, your data will be transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards offered by our processors (Stripe, Practice Better, ConvertKit).
11. Links & Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing info.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this notice periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced via email or a site banner.
